INGREDIENTS
2 cans (20 oz. each) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits or Pineapple Chunks or substitute Pineapple Slices cut into chunks, drained
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, egg and butter in large bowl, whisk until smooth. Fold pineapple into batter and pour mixture into 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
